The events

Hello guys,

Here I go again telling you about my life, well things haven’t changed a lot, except now that everyone is back from their internships as well, we are in charge of organizing dinners every Saturday. Each of the dinners of course has different theme, Chef, Sous Chef, price and organization. We have already been through Burgers and Beer Night, Steak Night, Black Sea Treasures Night, Tapas and Cocktails (which was my event). Having to organize a whole event and power through it, is new experience for us and we are getting to gain new skills such as management, of time, of a crew, of a budget and so on. Before I had my chance to be a Chef and to have to go through all that myself I had the chance to see some of my colleagues have a try at it. While I was in the role of a Chef de Partie, I had my responsibilities and I was concerned only with them, through the dinner. Of course I was also a part of a team and I had to think about that as well and be a good team player. Excluding some organizational misfits, everything went smoothly and we were able to have successful events. Well that was it for this time.
