Ordinary week in M.B

Hello everyone, The past week was very normal very calm and uneventful. I did my lemons, I doubled the count of the first time I got to make them. Which was good and some very exciting news I actually got a HIGH FIVE from my sous chef… I hope I do not have to explain to you how cool that feels, even if it sounds stupid.

I am getting more comfortable with pastry and getting to understand it better but I still am not into it and it’s not really m passion. But I do appreciate such a good and deep experience in the field. This week the Chef gave us a chance to learn to drive the buggies the hotel uses for transportation. And it was awesome… the wind in my face, the freedom and also I am now able to go fast to the other restaurants to ask for stuff we don’t have at the moment or something like that.

The weekend was good we relaxed and had a lot of fun going out.
