Again sorry

Hello everyone,

I hope everything is okay with you, and also I wanted to apologize that I was not able to post last week, because I was arraigning a lot of documents for my soon return to Bulgaria. So in this post I will try to combine everything from this and the previous week… since there are some turns of events.

So I am going by my day in pastry and I am told that there is new trainee coming to pastry, which confuses me a lot, because we are already enough people in pastry and more person is just too much. Of course I say nothing because I trust their decision… I talk to the new girl and I see she is very nice and very different from me. She is 37 and until now she studied for a dentist and worked as one, but then dropped everything and decided to go to culinary school. This is not my first encounter with someone like that and I love that such a small kitchen can hold some many different types of people with all their stories and experiences. Although we worked well and everything soon we all saw that there really was not enough work for all of us in this station… Little did I know that the chefs had a plan for me all along… Next week by the regular gossip in the kitchen I understood that I would be moved back to my old station MEAT which at first I was kind of disappointed, because I wanted to explore all the stations and I was missing only one FISH, but I decided to use it in my advantage and do the things I know so well, really fast so I have time to see the stuff I did not manage to master.

It’s nice to work to my previous chef de partie I remembered what a prankster he is, and how he loves to distract you during work just for fun and test your patience….

Oh and I almost forgot to tell you that Maria is now in Starters which is very exciting for her and she is very happy that she finally gets to be in the section with the most pressure and the fastest pace. Well that was pretty much it from my last two weeks. I am happy and a little sad to say that I have only one week and a half left before I leave M.B and I plan to spend them very good and enjoy learning and my last moments with these crazy people.

On the off days of course we had fun went out and partied.
