Hello everyone, Well my second week in Thoxo was pretty calm. The occupancy of the hotel is low this month so naturally all the restaurants are not crazy full. I will have new knowledge because they moved me from, the fish section to the starters but now let me tell you about the stuff I did in fish station. Well at the beginning of the day we always had to clean the fryers, which is as lively as it sounds trust me, then we had go do papas fritas and papas bravas. Basically two types of fried potatoes where the bravas are the ones that are locally from Tenerife and are served with two mojas – two sauces. We serve fishes like merluza, Rape, then we have mussels two types, and lamb Jarete. Veal cheecks and all the fried garnishes like fries and calamari. And that is pretty much it for this week. Next week I will tell you all about the new section. During our off days me and Maria rented a car and finally got the chance to go around the island, we went to different beaches and also to the capital. It was very beautiful and nice tog et out of the small San Juan where there is pretty much nothing to do.
